Delphi Roady in your 4th gen

My girlfriend got me the Delphi Roady and it is by far one the best presents she ever got me. Im still debating about placement though. I have a 95 so Im lucky to have a spot right after the hazard switch and before the center glove box. I was thinking that this would be a good spot. Dont know yet! Does anyone have any suggestions on where to put it? Pics would be sweet! Thanks all!

I think it actually cost more to have an XM capable stereo because you still have to get a tuner box, antenna, and subscription which can run you about 150-200 bucks. Plus you XM is confined to your vehicle only.

My gf paid about 100 bucks, 10 setup charge and 10/month.
And Ill be able to play it inside the house whenever. Better deal IMO.

you mean in place of where the cupholder is? That's not a bad spot, I can't really think of anywhere else that would be as flush. Unless you want to cut a spot in your passenger side dash, just right of the HVAC controls, but that's a distance from the driver, and I dunno if there's even space behind the dash for it.

Well I've got the Kenwood Sirius tuner in my car. It sits right next to my e-brake handle for easy access. (93 prelude)

well the center console changed when, from 93 to 94? The older 4th gens had round hazard buttons and no cup holder, or am i mistaken?

correct, here was some updates to the center console in 93 but cupholders didn't come out until 94.

Actually I was thinking right after the cupholder and before the arm rest/glovebox. Its basically where theres spaces for other switches. I beleive the Canadian 4th gens have seat warmer switches there. In mine its just empty space and would have easy access to the Delphi just by laying my arm on the arm rest. I dunno, cant think of anything better untill I get it in my car ans see the possibilities.

yeah, that seems like a pretty good place for it. If and when you get it settled there, post some pics.
