Defogger Problems

I've got a 1992 Si...just recently i've been having problems with my defogger.. i think it may be a switch but not sure.

When i press the defogger button, the light on the defogger switch goes on, but the rear window doesn't defog. It was working fine until like 3 weeks ago. Do you think it's a faulty defogger switch?

Thanks for your input.

i have the same problem. light comes on and does nothing. i've checked my fuses and kinda checked my relay. to test it you check for continuity between two of the poles (don't remember which ones) and then you have to put power to it and check for continuity between another set of poles. my problem is i'm not sure how to put power to it.

Check to make sure there isnt a break in the continuity of the heater element.
