Dash Question...

Alright i got a weird question about dash boards. If you look at the dash board from a 92-93 'Lude, the speedo and tach only light up at night, and they kindof stick out from the rest of the light up guages. Thank god Honda fixed this in the 94+ 'Ludes, the speedo and tach are iluminated once you turn the key, and they are pitch black when the car is turned off. I LOVE this look, and i cant see myself buying the 92-93 because i could not stand to look at that dash. ( Probably just me, not making fun of anyones 'Lude )

So my question was, can you swap out the older dash for the newer ones? Has anyone done this? Is there any other way to get the same look? I hope i was clear to everyone, if not i will try to go into more detail, thanks though.

Some people w/ the earlier fourth gens have swapped to the digi kind in the later models. I was thinking about doing it also, but I was in VtecLudeR's car and I noticed the odometers are in the bottom right hand corner and are digital (i think) while mine are in the middle of the speedo and tach and are analog. I was kind of wondering what people did with their odometers...

yeah i know what you are saying cause i got a 94 and my buddy has a 93. im sure that the odometer thing could be handled very easily. even if ya just have to put the anolog one into the place of the digi.
