Dash lights and tail-lights shorted out...
Where do I even begin? I assume they are on the same circuit because of the way they turn on. I just noticed it one day, tried to replace the fuse and it burned it right away. Has anyone had this problem? Honda electrical seems like a living nightmare!

Sounds like you have a short somewhere.
check your dash for any wire that may be touching each other.

wow, good luck with that. best thing here would be a helms manual if you have one. it might have some troubleshooting for situations like this.
