Dash Lights

the lights on my heater controls seem to be working at random, actually just the lights for the fan and temp control, is there a replacement bulb hiding in there somewhere?

Also while using the bulb replacemnet guide at the local parts store, it list a replacement for a "map light" (not dome light-allready replaced that one) anyone know anything about this?

On the subject of interior lights, is the dash brightness light switch supposed to control anything besides my temp and fuel lights?

Thanks

you need to buy the replacement bulbs somewhere, hondaautomotiveparts.com has em. It's a small round bulb with a round plastic base. When you remove the air control unit, you can screw them out through holes in the plastic. To remove the AC unit you have to remove the front console, radio, and unhook the airmix cable below your glove compartment. there are a few other things to unhook, but you get the idea...

How many bulbs should I be Looking for?
Seems like there out to be 2-1 for the temp and fan and 1 for selection.

Also do you know if I should have lights on the power window controls? I don't

What about the cruise, roof, dimmer cluster?
I know the cruise should have a green light when it's on-mines burned out-looks like after pulling the whole thing out that there's is no bulb and the switch has to be replaced

the AC unit has 3 bulbs if i remember right. power window controls don't have lights. the cruise control, roof, etc. are individual switches i believe which should each have their own bulb and it will probably be the same type that's in the AC unit. you can find most of this information on hondaautomotiveparts or by doing a search here, i'm pretty sure it's been brought up before.
