For a cupholder, I flip up the center console thing and a cup fits in the front part of it because it bumps out and keeps the cup from moving at all. Its worked well for me and I don't have to drive timidly.

Me and Go Pre switched consoles. I got his 93 long console with the big compartment and he got my 96 console. It cost me like 20 bucks to send my stuff to him and 35 for him to send his stuff to me so let's just say that we made off like bandits!

BTW Eric (P2W), the e-brake doesn't just bolt in there although at first glance it looks like it would. You have to get it welded on there.
