Crower Stage 1 Cams installed...

Got these today:

(I only took one out for the pictures)

They are currently being installed and I will report how I like them once I get it back. Along with the new cams, my head is being milled about 2/10's and all my valves are being machined.

ok i just got it back this morning.

I can definitly notice an increase in power from the new cams, especially at the top of every gear. Low end performs better as well, just not as noticeable. The cams at idle give the car a little bit of a bounce, but nothing to bad. If my clutch didnt seem to be slipping so badly I would have much more to say, but between the clutch and the rain I cant give a great review just yet.

Congrats on the purchase.

So how much better are we talking here. Similar to extra little oomph from the regular bolt ons or substantially more?

you get a lot more "umf" from these... now that i took the car out in some nicer weather the gains are very noticeable. I am very happy with them.

All throughout the powerband they add a great little push.

Very nice Pat...now I want some. I think a rebuild will come before cams for my poor engine though.
