There are no H23 cams in that picture, unless they are on the display "motor"

Well, at least they may make other valvetrain components. Better than nothing

anyone ever have any experience with crane cams? I remember reading an ad for these once....it advertised the h22 cams with price and all, then had h23 listed as "special order."

Are they any good? No one really seems to mention them......kinda curious. I guess if you really wanted aftermarket h23 cams......they would make them for you?

What they mean by special order is that they dont produce cams for the H23, but if you want they will regrind a set of stock cams to new specs.

does anyone even have h23 regrinds? whats been the consensus on how that works, or does it vary depending on tuning/who does it and how aggressive the lift is and all that.....

Crower cams are complete. They are just in the process of making the other valvetrain components. Once everything is done, Crower will release them.

What kind of gain in bph and torque are we looking at with these cams? I thought they were only beneficial with vtec.

^^^it varies, there are different grinds you can choose from. who told you only vtec would make gains from cams?

I guess its just been one of those things I have always heard since I have been around preludes. Nice to know, you believe that it might be worth getting some in the future?

If you want to stick with the H23 platform, it is well worth getting cams. Basically, the cams will be similar to the non-Vtec LS cams for the integra.

Would the gains be similar to doing a VTEC swap? Just curious.......I know the whole reliability issue with h23vtec blah blah but what I'm trying to say is........put a h22 and a h23 together at a line. How much more of a chance would the h23 have with the Crower cams as compared to stock?

i guess my wording is kinda ufcked up, i'll rephrase if you want.....i'm to lazy to do it now though

It all depends. I have an H23 and I can keep up with the H22 guys off the line and sometimes all the way through the 1/4. But, H22s pull really hard at the top end. Where H23s start to fall off. If you got cams for the H23 you'd want them more designed for mid-range torque to take advantage of the bigger displacement. I've got I/H/E/P so.. cams would be the next step with a S-afc and some gears i'd be willing to bet I'd beat bolt-on VTECs.
