Sounds like you need to adjust your valves...

I'm ordering parts to fix my valves but i'm unsure whether it's my intake valves or exhaust valves. Does anyone have an idea??

Don't be stupid and start buying parts before you even know what's wrong. Valves that are loose can be very loud, start with a valve adjustment since all it costs is 30 mins of your time.
