Crankshaft Info..

hey i got a 93 prelude si (h23a1) and i'm restoring it since it sat arround for three years when the valves got bent.
anyway i climbed underneath the car today and the bolt holding the crankshaft pulleys is gone and both the pulleys including the splined shaft are completly stripped.

Question, is the shaft that the pulleys go onto all one piece with the crank or can the pan be pulled and replace the shaft?

I had a problem similar to this and its all one peice. luckily my keyway on the crank was still in tact so all I had to do was get a new key and crank pulley. A shop I talked to while I was trying to figure out how to fix the issue told me that its possible to get someone that can weld the keyway shut and cut a new one for you if its too bent to work properly but I dont know how many places you could trust with something like that considering it involves your timing directly
