Could this be causing a vibration under braking?

I have noticed a vibration when in gear and braking. It seems to be coming from the Driver's Side Front Wheel area.

So today I first checked the torque on the Damper and the Upper Control Arm. They were fine, so I pulled the wheels off and started looking around. I noticed that the driver's side upper control arm looks like it isn't centered on the bushing bolts that hold the arm in place.

The Bushing looks like it might be contacting the control arm when in motion. I don't know why I would only feel the vibration when in gear and braking if this is the problem. I think that it is also weird that I don't feel the vibration when I am not in gear...

Anyway here are some pictures:

Comparison picture: the top is the driver's side front mount, the bottom half is the passenger's side front mount mirrored for comparison.

Driver's Side:

I have more pictures and can take more if needed.

thanks for any help...

Does the steering wheel shake?

Could be a warped rotor also

Steering doesn't shake, I guess it is hard to describe. I checked again today and the bushings were back to center, so that may have not been the problem.

When I get some time I want to bleed my brakes to see if that helps any. I don't see how a warped rotor would feel strange only when the car is in gear though?

Update:

After thinking about it, I think it might be my motor mounts. I should have replaced them when I did the swap. They were in pretty bad shape. I had bought the ES Motor Mount inserts and thought that they would reinforce the worn OE mounts. Both the front and rear had tears through parts of the rubber material.

I am going to try and find a good deal and see if that helps.

I don't think that bleeding the brakes would really have anything to do with it. Unless maybe your pedal goes to the floor then catches....I'm assuming your pads and rotors are all in decent shape...I'd stick to the motor mounts or suspension guessing. Just an opinion, but I'm not an expert either.
