I pay $89/ea installed for Kumho 205/40/17" tires. But thats a pretty good deal, typically $110-124 elsewhere.

Used 17" rims arent expensive at all, hell, neither are BRAND new ones. You can probably get some sweet 17"'s used for, without tires, 200-500ish.

But then you can get NEW 17" WITH tires for 599-900.

The price can go WAY up of course, depending on brand. But Enkei and Konig arent outrageously priced at all, althought they both do have cheaper knockoff's.

www.wheelmax.com has great deals, but shipping IS an expensive venture, but that site will give you true estimates of pretty much wholesale prices for rims. But expect to pay quite a bit more in person at a wheelshop.

Im ordering my 18" Konig Verdicts in black opal next week
