Control arm WOES.. help!

OK here is my deal... I just got new rims 17x7 and they
ONLY rub on the drivers side rear of the car... and
only hard right cornering.. here is the deal.. the
car was hit on that side like 2 years ago.. and was
fixed etc.. I do NOT know and cannot find out what
all was replaced when the car was fixed...

BUT now my problem.. when you compare the driver's side
rear to the passanger side rear, you can OBVIOUSLY see
that there is much more clearence on the passanger side
the clearance issue is more at the rear bottom of the
rear bumbper and NOT so much the fender.. it kinda looks
like the wheel is kicking out kinda like this / but NOT
so extreme.. you know that scerew that is on the bottom
corner of the rear bumber?? the one RIGHT behind the
tire.. well that is where you can see the clearance diff
most obviously.. if you run your finger down the tread of
the tire down and towards the rear of the car.. there is
BARELY a finger of clearance on the drivers side between
the tire and that screw.. NOW and the passanger side there
is easily 2 fingers if not 1 1/2 anyhow.. so I went to
a body shop and the "examined" my frame and said it was
fine.. they said it might be part of the suspension back
there that might be bent and causing the problem.. but
then they went on to say that it would be NEAR impossible
to know exactly WHICH component of the suspension is bent
becuase they have bends and curves in them from the factory.
SO the only thing they could do was replace one component
at a time.. and see if the problem was fixed.. but that's
gonna cost $$$.. DOES ANYONE have any advice!??!?!

OH BTW I had an allignment done when I got the rims on..
and it came out like this

in the REAR of the car
left rear (driver's side)
Camber -1.9
toe- 0.14 <--this is out of spec, but the tech that did
it said it was adjusted as much as it could be done, and
was NOT sure why it could not be adjusted any more.. this
is the SECOND place that I took the car to get alligned that
had this problem.. does this Indicate something is wrong
back there with the suspension components!?!? I mean
the control arms and such..

PLEASE HELp if you can,,

Still having this problem? I know the bolt on my rear driver control arm is stuck somehow, so the camber is way off

Yeah.. I haven't done anything yet to remedy the
situation... I did pick up a set of Ignalls Camber
kit.. so I could get my camber in check.. but I am
not gonna bother putting them on until I get this
problem situated.. oh well.. look like I'll have to
bite the bullet on this one and just spend the $$$
