Computer questions for 95 si

Hey, my check engine light is on and I need to know how to find my computer. I was reading the other post about how to check the codes but now I just need to know how to get to it so I can see why my cel is on. Also my idle is all messed up after I got my valve adjustment so I was wondering if resetting it would help anything. Also how do you reset it if that would help. thanks for the help.

Okay, on the driver's side behind your center console under the carpet youll find two sets of plugs that arent really plugged into anything but a plastic clip. the one closest to the passenger side has wires that are blue and brown. unhook that one, take a paper clip bent open and put the tips in the plug. then turn your key forward, but dont start the car. the car will go into diagnostic mode and youll be able to read the code from your blinking check engine light.

if you need the code definitions just ask.

after youve fixed your problem, reset the ecu by pulling out the 10amp fuse for your clock that is under your hood in the black plastic fuse box that is close to the windsheild on your passenger's side.
