Compression with new pistons

I'm planning on putting a turbo on my h22 some time in the next 6 months. But for now I'm just buying the internals to start getting it ready. The first major internals I'm buying are the rods and pistons. Is the compression ratio supposed to be lower than stock if you have a turbo installed? And whats the stock compression ratio for my h22a anyways?
And also Ive see piston sets where the brand claims that the pistons are designed for only N/a applications only because they will significantly increase the compression. Why is this?

Any help would be awesome thank you!
