Complete parts list for timing belt maintenance for H23???

I am going to be doing a timing belt/water pump change very soon and I'm not too sure what are all the parts I exactly need to do a complete job. I would very much appreciate a list of every single part to get so I don't need to worry until another 60-90K miles. This includes seals, gaskets/grommets, nuts, bolts, tensioners and etc. I'm going to get all Honda OEM parts.

Just FYI:
I have a 92 with 70K miles. It's been in the garage on jackstands for the past 5 years. This will be the first timing belt change for this car.

Additional questions:

1) Do I still need to change the valve cover gaskets and grommets every time I take off the valve cover. I believe that's what the Helm's manual says but is it really necessary?

2) Is it really necessary to replace the balancer belt and all the tensioners or should I just replace it since I'm doing the timing belt change anyway?

3) Does anyone know if there is a super strong timing belt for an H23 (power enterprise, toda, greddy, etc)?
I know you can interchange cam gears with the B-series hondas but can there also be timing belt interchanging?

4) Can I get the super strong Greddy balancer belt and use it along with a OEM timing belt (if they don't make a more durable timing belt)? I just noticed that the OEM and Greddy balancer belts cost the same so I guess why not go with the better stronger one.

Any other details for an H23 will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

the manual tensioner shouldn't need replaced. if you are careful you wont need to replace the valve cover gasket stuff - i took mine off several times before i replaced it, and when i did replace it, it seemed like a waste to me. IMO OEM belts should be fine, but i dont know about interchanging belts

that's all i know.

Leave the balancer belt off if you want 2 - 3 extra hp.

You might also want to replace the cam seals.

A stronger timing belt is pointless, stick with OEM.

Is it quite common among the luders to permanently remove the balancer belt?

If so, are there any negatives to doing this?

Specifics would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

the motor life is "lessened" but no one really knows how much

but then again if you are wanting the extra hp, your motor isnt going to last as long as a "granny driver"

I noticed no negative side effects.

As for the motor life being lessened... Honda supposedly just threw the balancer shafts in there for passenger comfort

In my opinion, it's not worth it for 2-3 extra hp. I would not remove the balancer belt.

leave the balancer belt it plays an important role, Im sure honda with there infinite knowledge put the belt there for a reason. i just installed my new timing belt this last weekend of Oct 7th.

It was a big ***** to get the crankshaft pulley bolt off, so be aware. I also changed the water pump and tensioner pulleys for both the timing belt and the crankshaft balancer belt.

Be sure to follow the service repair manual you can find online.
