cold start idle surge
h23 cleaned IACV, EGR, and TB,,,, still surging when cold, upon warm up it stops, but seems to idle at 750rpm, which seems kinda low to me, it shakes a little,,any ideas? thanks!!!!

nevermind got rid off that pesky thermo idle contraption with a nice piece of steel and gasket material. Idles great now, no surge ,smooth sailing!!!!
