Cold Air Intakes

Alot of people say AEM Cold Air is the best, but i'm wondering if there are other less known companies that have better cold air intakes than AEM. If you know of any cold air intakes better than the AEM CAI for 4g preludes then please list them. Links to intake reviews would be helpful too. Thanks

I would suggest doing a search for CAI to read as much as you can. This is a question that has been addressed quite often and there is a lot of good info out there.

I do have a AEM CAI and think highly of it, though I haven't had any experience with any others. I had also considered an Injen and Iceman CAI as well before I decided on the AEM. I honestly don't think that there is a dramatic difference between them. I hear that the cheap ones like you find on Ebay aren't any good, but don't know. I figure that they might not be made as nicely, but they are a lot cheaper... do the research and decide for yourself. Then post what your thoughts are on what you ended up with.

To address your specific question - I have heard of noone claiming that they had an intake BETTER than an AEM... maybe they claimed it was equal, but not better.

If you do end up wanting one I'd suggest pm'ing Cementups (a member here) about them. He sells a variety of intakes and I got mine from him for a good price with good service and it shipped very fast. BTW - I have no interest in his business... just a happy customer
