Code 10 & Code 36???? No Vtec

im throwing codes 10 and 36...isearched and came to this conclusion....36 is mysterious but not very important? and 10 is the intake air temperature sensor which i dunno how to fix...is this supposed to stop me from engaging vtec...i ran the necessary wire to the ecu...i have a JDM p13 auto ecu

I think the code 36 has something to do with the auto transmission-- the collant signal or something and yes if it kicks the ecu into limp mode then vtec will not engage cause it is in safe mode--- is you re auto tranny indicator light on and flashing?

i think that all auto hondas come with a gear indicator lamp for the auto trannies --- if the tranny goes into limp mode then the gear indicator lamp will blink
