clutch problem? please help!!!!

Well i posted a few days ago about my cv axle. well my car went into the shop today and they called and said that along with replacing the cv axle that my clutch needed to be replaced. i prolly replaced my clutch about a year ago and have only put about 15,000 miles on it. I dont wanna have to buy a new clutch every year. so which after market clutch is going to last me longer than that stock clutch, because that thing didnt hold out for sh*t.

thanks a lot

ur stock clutch should last longer than that. mechanics are liers dont trrust them. does ur clutch slip at all if not tell him to Ć’uck him self and dont go back there. just the other day when installing my intake i noticed my vc boot has a tare in it and i had them "replaced" about 2 weeks before! i am going to take my car to another mechanic and ask if they look like they have been replaced in the last month or so and if not i dunno.

uhh well my clutch has been making a popping noise when i let off of it. And they ARE NOT lying to me because my mom is there owners loan officer and they are the most respected shop in town. the guy told me something about oil leaking on it like a bad seal. and he said if thats the case then i might as well be better off getting a new clutch and fixing the problem because he said that that prolly ruined the clutch.

ok well i have decided im prolly just gonna go ahead and get an act clutch. right nowi have I/E and i plan on adding headers, pullies, ignition, cams,ca gears, and maybe some other goodies in the future. possible NOS. not sure yet. but whitch act clutch would u recomend? and where to buy it? oh yeah i dont have the money for a new flywheel so i figured i might just get mine resurfaced. but i want it to be reliable and safe. how much weight could i shave off that sucker...lol any help would be appreciated guys. thanks
