clutch pedal noise

Ok soo I'm thinking my throw out bearing is toast. I am getting a whistleing, whinning noise whenever the clutch pedal is out. Once i push the clutch in about 1/2 an inch the noise goes away.
I am also starting to notice a little bit of studdering from the clutch when I feather it out in first.
Clutch is a clutch masters stage 3, about 3 years old driven everyday, no idea about the mileage 45k maybe. I replaced the slave cylinder about a year ago.

Just wanna see if this is a symptom of the throw out bearing going bad.....I hope I'm wrong.
Thanks for any info.

Well can I hold off on chaning it until I finish roasting this clutch?
Wich is prolly gonna be difficult ....that thing shows no signs of dying soon, but the bearing shouldn't really cause any problems....should it? I dont feel like changing that sonabish.

I've also heard that its a pita...or is that just because the tranny has to come off?

Crap mine does that too. When I bought it, the guy claimed it had a lightened flywheel though, I don't know if that's acting up for the clutch. I just dumped a ton of cash into it, so it's going to wait.
