Clutch/Flywheel

I am in need of a clutch and flywheel on my H23 tranny in a 93 Prelude. The flywheel is warped from previous driver and clutch is OK but not going to last much longer. Tranny is grinding into 1st and 2nd and 4th to 5th. Also a pain to get into 1st or reverse sometimes but not every time. That part is do to the tranny itself but I plan to add some GM Syncro Mesh fluid which someone told me to use because it is very good on an old tranny that is worn out. Anyways at first I was going to go with a Fidanza 8lb lightened flywheel and Stage One clutch. Money is a bit tight right now and since my H23 is pretty much stock for NOW, I figured maybe just go with a stock flywheel at least and then the stage one clutch or something. I see that Exedy (I think) has a plain OEM style flywheel from importrp.comfor about $100, anyone use this or have any suggestions on it? The stock Honda clutch and flywheels last forever so I dont see the need for a high performance flywheel and clutch on a pretty stock car. I do plan to do an engine swap and tranny swap in at least a year or so with basic bolts on's and head work.
Any information and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I'm sure the oem stuff will work.

The will also transfer over to the h22 as well.

It should be fine but I didn't think it was too much more to buy aftermarket.

i'm starting to have some of this problems... at least changing the trans oil solve my shifting problem...

i am thinking of an aftermarket for performance or high performance flywheel and clutch... but i dont have any idea of what to buy... how it will feel after the change...

i dont have racing parts on it, just some that comes when i buy it and a koyo rad... but maybe i will put some racing parts later.

about how much cost the labor of it?

Performance clutches are a little stiffer and travel distance is shorter.
A performance/lightweight flywheel makes the engine rev up faster.

Labor cost is probably around $500.

A clutch fly wheel combo you can look into is from XTD. Its an ebay brand but I have only seen good reviews on it. Several people from here have installed them and given good reviews(do a search and you will find it). I picked one up as well but am still in the process of getting my engine back together so haven't even installed it yet. I got a 12 lb flywheel w/ stage 1 clutch package for a little over $200

Just get a Fidanza 8lb. flywheel, your car will thank you very much.
