clutch ?

is it ok to just replace the clutch disc, resurface flywheel and change the pressure plate when you change your clutch?

or is the throwout bearing nessessary to change as well

throwout bearing I don't think is 'necessary', but compared to the rest of the job, its not much more to do it, and its recommended. OE throwout bearing is only about $50-60 I believe.

Definitely change your throw out bearing. If it goes on you in a year then you have to waste another $300-400 in labor to replace a $40 part that you can replace now for nothing.
