last night when i was driving home from work i notice my climate control light wasn't working anymore. It works only the green light inside when you press vent buttons. My clock, stereo, ect all works fine. did a bulb went out inside? how do i check?

CC controls are known to have soldering problems from factory.

Search resoldering the contacts but if it's still working that might not be the problem. If it's a bulb, then I don't know how to replace.

I have the same issue with mine. Although, that seems to be one of those things you never get around to fixing. I believe there is a guy on eBay offering to fix the lights and soldering issues on them. You might want to check that out. Good luck.

It's just a small bulb. There's two of them they're like 4 bux a pop. You have to remove the entire unit to get to them though.

The hardest part is taking the unit out of the dash. If you're going to replace the unit you have to do it anyways. Think of it this way if you replace the unit with a used one, chances are the bulbs are just as old if not older. Then you'll probably have those bulbs go out.
