nope all the sets I did came out good...

heat up the black housing for a good 5-10 mins untill that expoxy becomes soft and sticky.. then just sqeeze the red lense on.. I just my knee and all my body weight to push it in... then i hold them together and heat it up for another couple of mins just to make sure she seals..

could you guys give your step by step construction of the custom clear reflector? When I made mine, I used a dremel, but the plastic got all these hairline shatter marks when I was cutting it, so up close the reflectors dont look as good as they could. I was just wondering what you guys do to make them look good, do you glue them in place, or did you cut them with the tabs so they snap in place? Thanks.

Well I traced the old reflector onto the new material with a pen.. Then I got a metal ruler and an exacto knife and etched the new plastic material.. basically like when you cut tiles,,, then I just snapped out the basic shape.. Then I used a dremel to sand it down,, then I used a file for the exact fitment.. Fits real tight ,, no need for glue and silicone and stuff like that..

Just takes time..
