Cigarette Lighter Fuse, 1st Intermittent Wiper, dome light

My cigarette lighter stopped working yesterday, and at the same time, my 1st intermittent wiper speed stopped working AND my interior dome light as well.

What do I have to get to fix all three problems (all related I'm assuming).
Is it a fuse I have to replace? If so, where is it located on a '95 lude?

Thanks!!

Fuse

It's one of the fuses in the fuse box under the hood. I changed mine today and for some reason my engine ran faster afterwards too. It's a 15 by the way.

Yep, in the fuse box like mentioed above. In that year, I think the fuse box is to the top left in the engine bay (when facing the front of your car). my 93 S shouldnt be too diff in fuse box placement than your 95.

Slightly related question, stragne though it may bay...I want to replace the dome bulb, does the light cover just pop off? i dont see any screws :S could be missing it horribly.
