I want to buy the Chiltons manual (yes Helms is better, but I don't need too much detail) and it groups the 84-95 Prelude in one book and the 96-00 in another. I have a 96 but other than the OBD-II it is more similiar to a 4th gen than a 5th gen, which one should I buy? Do any of you guys own the Chiltons?

woah thats weird because i have a chiltons for my third gen and its for the 84 to 91 lude and accord. i dont know y they have one for the 84 to 95 cause 3rd and 4th gens are waaay different but anyway i would just get the one for your car because they might be a lil different (wireing ect.)eh ... i dont know ... do what you think is best
i have a chiltons book for honda accords and preludes from1984-95. It has the picture of a yellow 3rd generation prelude. It helped me alot so far, with maintenance, repairs and tips on do's and dont's. Hope this helped
