I was waiting to see this dyno .. of course the F23 crank (same as h23 i believe?) is going to show more torque than H22 with the longer stroke, what I find awesome is 165 WHP ..

This is DOHC Non Vtec respecting the 6500 RPM Redline, if he throws cams on there he has an awesome beast ...

No power steering etc, but imagine this thing with a vtec head

the real beaty of this project ::

H22 or H23 head ,with stock F22B2 block == Stock Iron sleevs and I think a bit less than 9:1 compression === BOOST BABY BOOST! cheap style ... sleeving being the most expensive part of an engine build, this block is pre-sleeved ...

An F23 Crank is 97mm, it's larger than the H23/F33 95mm crank.

I read the thread about the hybrids some more, looks like this F23 block has stock iron sleeves as well. I've been following those posts for some time, its awesome. A bit of a hack job trying to get an H22 head fit on F block but isnt that almost always the case with hybrids ? ..

This guys engine is running 12.??:1 CR with H22 pistons, he's built it up some from what I've read ...

damn 400 bucks! im confused a lot tho, i may sound like a **** but...

what motor did he start out with? he said he used to have a usdm h22 in it, does that mean he originally had a h23, and then did the 400 dollar f23 mods to the stock h23? if so...if its this easy why havent more people done it?

i would love to tell people "i drive a honda...that has more torque than horsepower!" haha
