If that isn't ricey than I don't know what is. That tail has no function what so ever. I bet you couldn't see a danm thing out the rear window. This guy is a ricer for sure!

omg... that's f__king awful! Don't you think even the cops would make some kinda' comment while they're pulling you over cause u couldn't see their flashing lights in your rear view? lol. I know around my town he'd be like "son... just take that **** off your car... there's no need." haha
