Sorry if this is a dumb question.

Also, would you guys recommend buying a turbo this way (in individual pieces) or is it more cost effective to buy the whole kit from FMAX or another reputable company?

Mark, if my memory serves me correctly, Dr. James mentioned, a while ago, that putting together your own turbo "kit" is the way to go in the end. I think he said that you can get more out of your engine by building your kit the way you want to see your gains. However, before deciding to part together my own kit (not in YET), I researched heavily. FMax seems like a great company, who is all about backing their products. I just think, after my research, that you limit yourself, in terms of gains, w/ a pre-fab, mass produced kit. I could be wrong, but it depends on what you want in the end.

About whether or not P2W can make this turbo fit, there are plenty of shops around who can make anything work, in terms of rigging/fabricating new bolting/mounting plates, tubing & mounts for intercoolers, etc. No worries, in this world, anything's possible.
Peace... Slick96

Thanks for the reply Slick. I remember that post from Dr. James but I just wanted to see if anyone had other experiences. Judging by what you wrote, you are creating your own kit, based on your experience and research, do you think you spent more money on piecing your kit together or have you been able to get deals from places such as eBay or groupbuycenter?

Thanks also for answering my question about making the Nissan turbine fit. My question was basically, are there mass produced parts that will allow him to bolt this directly to his H23A. I guess the only route is to fabricate them.

Thanks!

Mark
