cheap CAI effective???
I've removed the res box and inserted a 90mm tube with a bell mouth. I didn't notice any difference.

Now i'm thinking of fitting a pod K&N at the end of this tube and removing the stock paper filter. Would this work or would a large empty box after the filter disrupt airflow
