Oh my god dude, same thing happened to me just a few weeks ago. So my brake resevoir off base, noticed my car was even lower (had trouble getting into my garage) then someone pointed out the crack..on both sides

Good News

It can be fixed...this thing used to happen alot to Older Hondas..but can happen if u are lowered and hit a HUGE PotHole a few times....also, the mechanic I found to fix it says Honda "spot" welds the tower bar area...so another reason why it weakened

Anyways...
I found a reputable race car mechanic who took out my suspension, welded it, re-inforced it and put my suspension back for $750..hehe, Honda was quoting me $2500 when they saw it

And its recomended to get a strut bar...a good one...so u are looking at another $150 for a good one

hope this helped, feel free to ask anymore questions

Dead shocks could have done it...mine are dead

When that mechanic does it all, and Honda actually looked at it first cause I was confused why my Brake fluid resevoir wasn't staing on...then the Honda guy pointed it out...he was cursing and ****..making it sound like my car was done for

I don't have AIM....I only use MSN messenger: quicklude92@hotmail.com
