95JDM_VTEC

Im changin tranny fluid for the 1st time on a 94 JDM VTEC lude and need instructions like :

Is there a drainplug ?
where is it located ?
can I get to it easily ?
will draining it once remove most of the all ? I know it doesnt on Gen5 SS Ludes.
how do I fill it up again ?
How many litres of fluid should I use ?

Also .... out of interest ... is there a dipstick for the auto tranny ?
