Chain Timing Belt?

Ok, does the 4th gen (1995) prelude Vtec SI have a chain timing belt or just the regular one that needs to be replaced. I went to a shop and asked them how much it would cost to replace the belt and they said (after looking it up on their computer) that there is no timing belt to replace, that i had a chain belt....???? i never thought honda used chain belts.

honda doesn't use timing chains, they use belts, go somewhere else to get your belt replaced.

that's what i thought too... i looked it up in the manual and nothing there states about a timing belt replacement... even in their little schedule note... oh well... i'll go somewhere else.

I think they are starting to use chains with the new clockwise motors, but I'm pretty sure the NSX uses a belt still.

I know Nissan is using a chain, I think Audi might be using something like that as well.
