A popular upgrade is to source a glass roof from the 5th generation Prelude. It is the same size, but you'll have to modify the brackets. There is also another way of doing this using the entire roof assembly that is much more work, but that way you will retain the original 5th gen sunshade.

Try searching, I'm pretty sure there is a tutorial here. I have yet to do mine but if you plan on going the route of bracket modification make sure you get the little plastic bracket covers off the 5th gen roof or you'll have exposed machinery. *gasp* It just looks nicer from the inside that way.

here ya go:
5g sunroof conversion - NTPOG Forums

and I dont know what "plastic bracket covers" have been mentioned, unless mine had it w/ the assembly. You will lose use of your int. 3rd brake light because the motor for the 5th gen sits right where it is. If you dont have one, you'll need to get the headliner from a 'lude w/ the int. brake light to cover the motor. Brake light can be converted to LED to fit, or track down a VTEC spoiler w/ built in. FYI, my assembly cost me $160, which ain't to bad considering. Good luck
