Just in case any of you were thinking that the surface finish looks kinda bad in those pics, keep in mind that it the OUTSIDE of the mold. When the actual pieces are cast (INSIDE the mold), the gelcoated surface (smooooooottthhh) should transfer over to the lip.

Damn, from racing motorcycles I have a lot of fiberglass experience.. I hate working with the stuff!! I'm itchy just
