i say dont do it, unless u r gonna get a cf lip. if u r getttin a cf hood for weight savings, then i think its a waste of time, cause savin 20 or 30 lbs or howeever much u can save, wont help much, unless u r heavy modifed. And if its for weight savings, u should start by strippin your interior IMO. Now if u r goin for looks, i still think u shouldnt do it. Looks to me means bling, and bling mean flash, and your car is dark, i think leave it at clean as it is, and use the money for some cams or something, that will keep your car clean and help in the engine. Of course all this is IMO.

I'm not sure exactly what your car color is, but it looks fairly similar to mine. Now, I went for the whole "blackout" look, so I thought the hood was a nice addition, even before I blacked-out my interior, powdercoated my rims black, got the replica lip, the 1-piece headlights, yada yada yada. IMO, it's worth it. You don't have to be Stephen Papadakis to appreciate 20-30 pounds of chopped weight, either. I don't know too many of us here who can pull below 12's anyway, w/ our 4th gens, so c/f is a personal preference. It adds an exotic touch, I think.

On a dark color car like yours I think it will look like it is at home.

Do it.

Just don't buy VIS Racing. I bought one of their hoods for my Protege and it fits like crap. Spend the extra money and get a really good one.
