CF Hood with Insulator Mounts?

So I was searching on ebay today, and I found this CF Hood with an identical under hood. I don't know if it is for real, but from the looks of it, can the JDM Insulator Hood can fit?

not sure ... but I know the 2 strips that run across the front of the hood, don't have wholes... so I'm ganna have to drill some small ones & install those. I think have the insulator on a CF hood would be a great idea. We all know that some hoods start to loose their clear coat where the header is at.
