My cousin wants to buy a CF hood for his 94 Lude. I have one that came with my Lude, so I cant advise him on which brand. So... which brand of CF hood do you recommend for the 4th gen lude?
Fiber Images, then VIS. I had a VIS... it was decent, had a gap above the passenger fender though and the clear got a 6 inch crack to the fibers (not easily/cheaply repairable) after a few months of having it. I eventually traded for a stock last summer.

I have VIS and have been very happy. There's pics on my VBGarage site.

im very interested in getting a cf hood too but it seems hard to find someone selling fiber images hoods. only thing im worried about is fitment. i want it to be as close to oem as possible. none of those wierd gaps and crap.
I was referred to this thread on H-T when I was thinking of getting one, apparently the quality and fitment is very good, and the seller has a good reputation.
I got my cf hood from bodykitsnw the first time they came out. The only Problem I have with it is that the gel coat oxidized. I dont know how their newer hoods hold up.
I have a Fiber images for my 5th gen. Fitment is perfect, and i have a supercharger which makes some serious heat and so far 1 year later the clear coat on it hasn't faded at all. I bought mine through topendmotorsports.com, hope that might help.
SEIBON SEIBON SEIBON! Perfect fit, perfect quality. Rolled edges on the hoods and they don't drill holes for dumbass windshield washer squirters. My friend just bought fenders, hood and trunk for his intergra and they couldn't fit or look any better.
