CF in colors? - Honda Prelude Forum

a while back i was lookin on the net and saw some carbon fiber stuff in different colors, that cf hood would be nice for white cars but with a white cf design, anyone heard or seen of these? or what it would cost to make it white?(not even sure if that's possible)

ive seen somebody that bought a black carbon fiber hood and had it sprayed with a coat of candy apple red pearl...looks real nice...in shade its black like normal..but when the sun hits u see the hint of red over the black....

if u get it painted then whats the point of getting a CF hood in the first place? CF hoods are meant to be shown

CF hoods are meant as a means of reducing weight. The fact that they look phat is a bonus.

i think i saw a color cf hood on a yellow ITR before that looks like regular hood, i can't tell the diff

Just think of the stock hood.

Usally the colored ones just have a color woven in with the black so they are black and blue. Not just one solid color.
