CEL Plug?

I am looking for the cel plug that i need to short and i cant find the little sucker... I took out the dvd player and screen and found nothing behind them.... the prelude im working with is a 96 obd 2 and the obd 2 link is under the cup holder in the arm rest. I looked back there and there is no extra plug i looked over by the ecu and nothing also... i also checked the drivers side but there are only fuses there.... any one with a 96 know where that little plug is at and what color? imlookin g for a purple one like in the picture found at http://www.hondaprelude.to/articles/...ck_engine.html

I would appreciate some guidence!

most if not all 4th gens have two plugs right behind the ash tray that are clipped into a bracket going to nowhere. you need the 2 wire plug.

take a picture of the plugs you have tried, the plug should be i believe a blue plug with 2 wires, and 4 inputs. you need to jump the metal on metal inputs
