Cel Light??? - Honda Prelude Forum

I have a 92 si engine rebuild with a .20 over bore and a 9:5:1 c/p have aem fuel rail also H/E/I/P

Now the problem car start right up but after it heats up on the temp gauge it is halfway and will not go past this but when it reaches halfway the CEL comes on then the hestitation starts and rough idle backfiring along with other little things.

What would cause this??

Have your jumped the CEL jumper to find out what code you are throwing?

how do I jump it do I have to have a computer to hook up to it

throwing codes

7- tps
23 knock sensor

I was doing a tank of 89 should it be 92 I switch on this tank will that take care of the knock sensor??
how about the tps
