CEL but no code

I've done a search, but I might be using the wrong terminology.

I recently pulled my turbo and manifold off to put my factory manifold back on. Since then my CEL keeps coming on. I put the jumper on the diagnostic plug and the only thing I get is the SRS light flashing repeticiously. The CEL doesn't flash at all. The only other change that I couldn't see having an effect was removing all the intercooler piping and putting the stock air intake duct back on. The car runs great and doesn't feel like it's in limp mode.

You folks ever run into this?

Edit: I noticed my sig doesn't show up. It's a 95 Prelude with the F22A1 engine.

You're jumping the blue service connector, right?

And you should be jumping the bottom 2 pins on the connector (there's 4), with the clip/retainer part of the connector facing up.

If so, sounds like a problem with the ECU. Which one are you using?

Nevermind, I figured it out. Evidently if the O2 sensor has a fault the ECU doesn't report anything back. Go figure. I looked under the hood in the day light rather than trouble light in the shop and saw the white wire pulled out of the adapter harness. I hooked it back up and bingo the light went off.
