I have a replacement carpet and im in the process of installing it, but I have one question. How do you remove the trunk and gas latch and cover. I have just about everything else out already but I cant fugure out how to remove that, any help would be great.

Just figured it out, if anyones interested, their is 2 10mm bolts under the carpet to the left of the latches, remove them and it come loose and tou can push it right through the carpet.

It was used, got it off ebay, mine had a big wear hole in it and I wasn't about to spend $300+ for a new one. I do remember seeing them at www.hondaautomotiveparts.com when I was looking though.

Carpet's overrated, haha. I'm thinking about pulling mine, and just putting in two of those 5-Zigen foot plates in...dunno.
