From what I've heard, their quality is very good & the instructions are easy to follow. Just make sure you at least slightly mechanically inclined since you do have to drill some holes.
Just remember if you ever want to go wheel-wheel racing (ie. SCCA, EMRA, etc.), that carbon fiber sunroofs are not legal.
You might also want to ask in the fifth gen forum. I know a lot of fifth gen. prelude owners have installed this kit - they only recently released it for the 4th gen. The fifth gen owners have been happy!
