car won't start. help appreciated

OBDI JDM H22A in a 96 Prelude SI.

Using factory harness with everything else off JDM motor.
Distributor is wired directly to the ecu and the power being sent from the plug for the external coil has be forward to the coil plug for the jdm distributor.

Appears to sparking fine but wont start. It pops and stuff but won't start.
Car is in time. Its getting fuel but just won't start.

It had attempted starting quite a few times before the I had the distributor working so there is a chance of it being flooded. Blew alot of air into the motor to rid it of fuel and no change.

Trying to get the car back to its owner but need to figure this little problem out.

Double check your firing order, because if the car pops and sputters but cant start.. it could be that simple.
