the tensioner spring popped out and got caught in between the timing belt and the crank i believe. the timing belt was frayed so it got replaced and the balancer belt was torn to hell so it got replaced also. the tensioner was leaking so i also had that replaced. dunno if the new tensioner has anything to do with it or the new belts. i just dont wanna have any more problems because im running outa money.
I'd take it back and ask if they can look at the balancer shafts. Sure you could be timid, not take it back, and not have it cause any problems till later and then they won't care, or just take it back and see if they have take a look at it.

yeah, sounds like the Balance shafts are out of time. It won't cause any damage to the engine, but you will get a vibration. It would most likely feel like a busted motor mount. When they put the balance belt on, they need to lock the most rearward balance shaft in place with a pin through the Maintenance hole on the back of the engine. The specs for the pin are 6mmx100mm or you can use a #2 phillips screwdriver. The front balance shaft has timing marks on it to line up with on the block.

yea, i told you that when you asked me, When i replaced my balancer belt it was like that. Caus i didnt line it up correctly. I ended up just removing the belt caus its alot smoother with the belt off then if it was not lined up correctly. Well i would get it fixed before too long, all the vibration is liable to cause wear on other parts, possible Axels, mounts , and your nerves. haha
