car tops out at 110??

is it because i have a governor?
i've got a h22a swap engine and i figure i should top out at around 130

my h22a1 got up to 127 and then i backed it down cause i ran out of road.. but if you have just the h22a (jdm) then i dont know could very well be a governor.

180 kph is the limit for all JDM cars, its like 112 mph. Deal with the governor until you're ready for computer tuning then you can remove it.
