ok, this happened last night and again this morning...
i went to start my car and it cranked fine, but wouldn't start. i took the key out and counted to 10 and tried it again, and it started fine.
this morning as i was pulling up for work the car stalled on me, no warning, nothing. but it started up fine again. i drove the car around to the back lot after clocking in, and once i threw it in reverse, the car stalled again. but it took about 2-3 min to start up again.
i got out and popped the hood, and there was nothing wrong, no disconnected wires, nothing out of place. the car still runs amazingly strong, but this worries me a little bit.
anybody else have something like this happen to them?
yes, mine did it with the h23 a few months before it blew.....its doing it to me, or has been doing it with the F22B for about 3 months. It runs fine, so it doesnt bother me that much ---> i forget about it when its not doing it
that happen to my last prelude S and i had to change the computer. before that, i thought it was the dizzy but after diagnosing the real problem i found to be the computer. but my car check engine light came on, are you getting a check ebgine light?

well, yes i have a CEL but thats due to me being a lazy ass and not replacing my TPS. i check my CEL to make sure there is nothing else besides the TPS once a week at least.
Since you mentioned that your dash lights turned itself off then it has to be your ignition switch. I had the same problem on my 92 Si. Sometimes when I drive on the freeway, the car would just stall. I replaced the ignition switch (electrical side) and problem solved.
Yes, I just fixed the electrical part of my ignition switch and that fixed my problem. There should be 1 or 2 recent threads about this, so I would do a quick search if I were you.
the car just turns off all of a sudden on a freeway??? isnt that really dangerous? what if your in the middle of a sharp turn somewhere it and it turns off. thats a bit scary that the problem is almost common....
