car stalled going to work this morning

so i was leavin for work this morning at 5:45 and i got lik 100 yards down tha street to tha stop sign....and my car shut off.....i still have lights, radio, horn, etc.....but when i tried to turn the car on it wouldnt start.....the crank was not turning over......and it was making a wining noise like the alternator was on or the starter was wining....but it was not the clicking of the starter....so is it the sylonoid in the starter that is bad or what?......any suggestions would be helpful

just wont start???

check to see if you have spark....

could be your ignitor...

or worse case senario...

you broke your timing belt...

but i doubt that though....

i was thinking it could be my timing belt....but i just changed it 20K miles ago....also could it be something stupid like the alternator, battery, or the wires to the starter?

Your auto tensioner could have failed. Even if your belt is new they might not have adjusted it. Happened to me.
